Orders for sketches are carried out only on full prepayment.

The term of performance of works - 14 days. You can place an urgent order for an additional fee of 50% of the order amount.

If for some reason you cancel the order when I have already started work, the prepayment is not refundable. The part of the work that has already been completed at that time is provided

If I am forced to cancel the order, the advance payment is returned, taking into account the work performed. The part of the work that has already been completed at that time is provided. In case of failure to perform the work, the advance payment will be returned in full.

I reserve the right to refuse to cancel an order

When placing an order, provide as many references as possible and clearly formulate your desires and ideas.

I reserve the right to refuse an order if you cannot provide a quality image or reference.

Complex characters and characters with tattoos are paid extra

I DO NOT draw NFT, old people, sex scenes, children in sexual scenes, dismemberment, heavily muscled bodies, guro. If you are not sure if I can draw your idea, ask and I will be happy to answer

I reserve the right to refuse an order if I am not comfortable with your idea or I understand that I cannot draw it

Edits are made only at the sketch stage

Editing at the stage of painting is possible only in relation to colors

After the work is completed, it is impossible to make edits

The number of free edits is limited. Namely: 4 free edits at the sketch stage and 2 at the painting stage. The next edits are paid in addition 3$ per edit

I reserve the right to make changes in color if necessary for a better composition.

If WIPs (works in progress) are provided, Clients cannot share or download any WIP commissions

When the work is completed, the client can upload the commission anywhere

I reserve the right to upload my work anywhere

It is forbidden to pass off my work as your own. You can tag me as the author of the picture anywhere

Selling my work is prohibited. The only exceptions are adopters. In the case of an adopt, it is only forbidden to sell for more than you bought without additional art with this adopt

It is forbidden to circle my works and remove my watermark/signature from my work

Do not use for commercial purposes unless I agree with this.

It is forbidden to transfer my work to other artists to complete or change the work that I did. Exception: you can transfer the purchased adopt to another artist for modification

All copyrights owned by the Client (i.e. original characters, props, clothes, etc.) belong to the Client
